My workout

I'm on a strict regime of tummy time and arm stretches every morning.  I usually do about 10 minutes of tummy time on the boppy, and it's paying off!  I can lift my head for several seconds at a time, even turning my head to look at Mommy or sustain a sneeze.  Then, Mommy props me up on her bent knees and swings my arms around and up and down.  We sing, talk, stick our tongues out at one another, etc.  I bend my arms and Mommy lifts me up by them, and I can keep them bent while she pulls me, and I hold my head up for a moment before falling forward.
